Choosing to dream big can be intimidating, but it’s the key to living a life you truly love.
What if we allowed ourselves to dream beyond what we currently know? How far could these dreams take us?
Here are three steps to start creating your dream life:
- Acknowledge your dissatisfaction.
Feeling unhappy can be a sign that something greater is waiting to emerge from within you. Give yourself the freedom to explore your deepest desires.
Use this feeling of dissatisfaction to let your dream grow in your mind and heart. Pay attention to your body and emotions. Does your sense of excitement and aliveness increase? Feeling more alive is a good sign that you’re on the right track.
- Use “Up until now…” to avoid letting past experiences limit your future.
If you keep doing the same things, you’ll keep getting the same results. Take a moment to listen to the old doubts that try to hold you back. Acknowledge these past disappointments, then move past them.
Your past does not define your future. Let go of old regrets and embrace a fresh start. In the next moment, let your true desires shine through as you make a triumphant move forward.
- Work with a higher power to make the impossible possible.
Co-creating means partnering with a higher power to create the best life you can. When you see yourself as a co-creator, ask for guidance and break through the limits you’ve set for yourself. Start each day by being thankful and focusing on a desire you thought was out of reach. Act as if it is possible, and watch what changes.
