To make your dreams come true, you need to align how you see yourself with the life you want to live.
If you don’t feel you deserve your dream deeply enough, you might not reach it.
How can you tell if you deserve your dream? If you’re alive, you deserve to achieve what you truly want. Just being here means you are worthy of your dream.
You wouldn’t have the desire for your dream if you didn’t have the ability to achieve it.
Here are three tips to boost your sense of deserving:
- Focus on the positive.
Things seem bad only if you think they are. Instead of stressing when life gets tough, pause and ask for help to see the good. Remember, you are good because you were created with purpose.
- Let go of past mistakes.
It’s tough to move forward if you’re carrying old burdens. If you hold on to past failures or feelings of being unlovable, you won’t have space for new possibilities. Let go of these old weights by facing and releasing them.
- Practice gratitude to boost your sense of deserving.
Being thankful helps you build a strong foundation of worthiness. Start by thanking people you’ve criticized, and then make gratitude a daily habit. When you start appreciating those you once overlooked, you open yourself up to even more good things.
By following these steps, you’ll start to feel more deserving and will see positive changes coming into your life.
